• We’re recruiting Directors (voting), Named Advisors (1-year), and Board Observers (preview).
• Expectation is about 6 hours/month, quarterly meetings, remote welcome.

Why this matters
Dex pairs production-grade capture with permissive licensing so artists, filmmakers, educators, and developers can reuse and remix without paywalls (with attribution). Now that our catalog has passed ~30 hours and ~12,000 download events, we’re ready to build the next chapter with a board that keeps the catalog clean, the credits honest, and the door open.

What you’ll do
Help shortlist balanced, mission-true candidates; advise on priorities; and steward releases—bringing high quality cinematic work to the commons for usage in real projects.
